Delivery

Delivery of goods within Ukraine is carried out by internal carriers or self-delivery. Delivery of goods outside of Ukraine is by air or by other 
possible means agreed with the buyer and is carried out by official carriers such as "Ukrposhta", "Meestexpress", "Nova Poshta Global" and others. 
To choose a delivery method, the buyer must put a checkmark opposite the desired delivery method and, in the case of the need to send the goods outside 
of Ukraine, indicate the full address of the recipient in the appropriate fields of the site, then select the continent on which it is located from the 
list, while the cost of delivery will be added to the costof the product. When purchasing goods on the website, payment for delivery is made in one 
payment together with the order. When paying for goods by invoice, delivery is agreed separately by the buyer's correspondence with the site administration 
by e-mail, the address of which is indicated on the site in the "contacts" section. Delivery terms depend on the carrier, but if the goods are delayed on 
the way for more than three months - the buyer has the right to a refund of the money paid for the goods and delivery, but if after the refund for the goods 
the customer of the goods still receives a parcel with the goods - he must within one week upon receipt, notify the site administration by writing an e-mail 
to the e-mail box specified in the "contacts" section, and purchase the product again on the site and pay for delivery on the site, or after negotiations with 
the site administration and receiving payment for return delivery - send the product back to the sender.
